Meet the cheesemakers at Cooleeney Farm

Our team are fully trained & skilled in the art of cheesemaking. They are passionate in their roles ensuring the best quality product is produced every time.

We produced our first Cooleeney cheese on the farm in 1986. The fourth generation of the Maher family farm the land at Cooleeney. Using the milk from our own Friesian dairy herd we produce our cows’ milk cheeses & supplying goats’ milk locally from two Tipperary farmers to produce our goats cheese range.
