Roasted here, in Ireland.

We are an Irish owned, family run company. Our mission is to produce perfectly roasted coffee; ethically sourced from different parts of the coffee belt ensuring that the quality of the harvested coffee is brought through the roasting process and straight to the customer’s cup. Our passion for coffee spilled into our roasting business in 2012, and we have grown significantly over the past 10 years. Our Roastery is based in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin where we hand roast to order every week ensuring uncompromising freshness and fantastic flavour.

Remember when wine came from France and coffee came from Italy? Well forget that, Ireland has a vibrant artisan coffee scene and we are proud to be a leading member of that. We source produce from farms around the world, ensuring that we use the highest quality green beans, some of the countries include Brazil, Guatemala, Honduras, Papua New Guinea, Vietnam, each area lending its unique environment to produce different characteristics and flavours. While a glass of wine is said to have around 200 flavour notes, coffee has more than 1500. At Two Spots we are head over heels for discovering these flavours, artfully coaxing out the best qualities from our beans for you to savour.
