The Boiron peach puree is made with bellerime variety which come from the Rhône valley. This white peach puree has a pink colour provided by the fruit’s pink skin and the fleshy part in contact with the stone, rich in pigments. It is quite thick and is rich aromatically with similarities with other stone fruit (mirabelle plum), there is a slight acidity balanced with a sweet taste to be as close as possible to fresh fruit when they are ripe.
