About Bridor
Since it’s creation by Louis le Duff in 1988, Bridor has been driven by a passion for bakery. From their base in Northern France they
combine tradition with modern techniques to produce delicious and authentic breads and pastries which stay true to their origins.
They ensure respect for the ingredients and the long resting times needed for the flavours to develop. Their Viennese pastries are
made with pure butter following French pastry–making tradition, and their breads are part baked in a real stone oven using minimum
T65 flour and sourdoughs which have been maintained for nearly 15 years.
