Girolomoni Organic Whole Wheat Fusilli 12x500 GM

To make whole durum wheat semolina, Girolomoni use semolina ground so as to remove only the single outermost cortical layer. That is why Girolomoni's whole durum semolina pasta is rich in fibre. It contains also the germ of the wheat, a major source of lipids, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and enzymes packed with nutrients and is of high biological value. It is dried at a temperature of 60-65°. Times vary from 7 to 12 hours depending on the different pasta shapes to preserve all the nutrients in the grain and thus a tasty and highly digestible pasta.
