Chais de Haute-Ville

Frédéric Guilbaud and Laurent Botineau are two passionate winemakers. Muscadet

wines course through their veins, both having taken over their fathers’ vineyards

straight out of college. As the fourth generation of vignerons, they represent over 150 years of experience in the Muscadet region.

On the premise of two heads being better than one, in 2017 Frédéric and Laurent joined vineyards to create les Chais de Haute-Ville. A complementary relationship was forged that respects and maintains exceptional standards but also pushes the boundaries, taking Muscadet wine to new audiences, in new ways.
