Bluebell Falls Cheese Goats Log Rindless Cygnus 1x500 GM

It is aged from 2 days to 2 weeks and is made from vegetarian rennet. The cheese takes its name from the swan-shaped constellation of Cygnus. It is also available flavoured with garlic, black pepper, honey and dried herbs or garlic honey and thyme. The honey gives sweetness whilst the garlic and herbs add a hint of herbaceous twist.
