Bridor's chorizo bread is a snacking-sized bread, containing very high-quality chorizo, with no colourants and smoked over beech wood. Paprika is added to give a lovely appetising colour, and a mild and fragrant note. It is delivered fully-baked, although you can bake for 2-3 minutes to give a light crust.
