Blanco Niño uses the authentic Aztec cooking method known as nixtamalisation to create all their products. Whole corn is cooked then steeped overnight, before being ground into a dough (masa) using hand-carved, Mexican volcanic stones. Masa is shaped and baked into tortillas before being hand cut ready for you to fry. The unfried tortilla chips elevate any nacho dish, providing a proper, authentic corn flavour and crunch.
