Grain

Established in 1832 by Mrs. Ernesta, Molino Dallagiovanna's primary activity was cereal trading. Farmers would deliver their grains using the traditional "barà" (ancient horse-drawn carriage), transporting them to nearby mills for grinding. In 1949, the company entered a new era under the guidance of Guido, Renzo, and Vittorio Dallagiovanna. Fueled by a strong industrial spirit, they constructed the first Roller Mill, followed by a second in 1953. To this day, their names echo in the Molino, as they remain an integral part of the company.
