Vanilla & Star Anise Mocha

Ingredients:

DaVinci Vanilla Syrup 8ml (1 pump)

DaVinci Spiced Chai Syrup (1 pump)

Hot chocolate powder

Milk 300ml

Espresso 30ml

Method:

  1. Add the 2 syrups to freshly extracted espresso in the glass
  2. Steam hot chocolate powder and milk together
  3. Pour steamed milk into the glass

Cinnamon Oat Latte

Ingredients:

DaVinci Cinnamon Syrup 8ml (1 pump)

Espresso 30ml

Oat Milk 300ml

 

 

Method:

  1. Add Cinamon syrup to the cup
  2. Extract 30ml espresso
  3. Top with steamed oat milk

 Classic Gingerbread Latte

Ingredients:

DaVinci Gingerbread Syrup 16ml (2 pumps)

Semi/Skim/Oat Milk 250ml

Espresso 60ml

Whipped Cream

Gingerbread Pieces

Method:

  1. Add the two syrups to the bottom of the glass
  2. Steam the milk and chocolate powder together
  3. Pour steamed milk into the glass

 

Black Forest Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

DaVinci Strawberry Syrup 8ml (1 pump)

DaVinci Chocolate Sauce 30ml

Semi-Skim Milk 250ml

Whipped Cream 30g

DaVinci Belgian Chocolate Drizzle

Method:

  1. Add Strawberry syrup to the cup
  2. Steam 30ml chocolate sauce in jug
  3. Pour steamed chocolate into cup
  4. Top with whipped cream & chocolate sauce
