The short time span between catch and process means that their coldwater prawns are not only high-quality but full of flavour, ready to add to salads, sandwiches, or gourmet dishes. Simply defrost & serve.

Cooking instructions: remove required amount from all packaging, place in a bowl, cover with cling film. Defrost in a refrigerator for approx.: 8 hr - 12 hrs. Defrost at room temperature for approx.: 3 hrs. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
