Pot-caught from the Aran Islands off the West coast of Ireland, M Wright & Sons' Lobsters are delivered live three times per week in sea water and gel packs which keep them chilled. Lobster is fantastic either steamed or grilled with butter, Dublin Lawyer or Thermador sauce.

Sourced from M Wright & Sons, a family business established in 1930. The company is dedicated to sourcing the best quality fish and have a buyer in every port in Ireland. Subject to fishing quotas they always buy Irish first offering small producers and fishermen access to larger markets.
