Sliced leeks are grown in Irish soil for the majority of the year but this can change due to seasonality. There are endless ways to use sliced leeks such as soups, savoury pies and flouring for savoury dishes. The leeks are sliced daily to retain their freshness for customers - washed and trimmed, excess stalk removed, sliced into 10mm±2mm.
