Lemongrass Bunch 1x80 GM

Most of the flavour of lemon grass is in the lower parts of the plant, which tends to be hard and woody. In preparation, remove outer leaves to reveal softer and flavoursome layers, which can be crushed in pestle and mortar to paste, finely chopped, or pounded to break their structure and then sliced. Whole or halved lemongrass can be used to infuse drinks or wet dishes.
