Fusco Foods is a family owned and run business started by Domenic back in the late 1960's. He runs the business today with three of his sons. We have always taken the greatest pride in making only the best quality cakes and desserts, only using  the finest of ingredients, such as 100% Irish dairy cream and Armagh Bramley apples. We make all our delicious sauces, toffees,  caramels, chocolate ganache and jams you find in any of our products from scratch. We have been providing Sysco with their market-leading  Award winning Salamander range for over 20 years.
