Gubbeen Chorizo is made in the Gubbeen smokehouse by Tom and Giana’s son Fingal who has been smoking meat since his early teens. Gubbeen Smokehouse Chorizo is a culinary delight, weighing approximately 1.2 kg. This semi-cured, lightly smoked chorizo is perfect for cooking. Made from high-welfare pork sourced from their own piggery and neighbouring farms, it’s seasoned with a blend of spices, including fennel, coriander, and chilli flakes. It’s gluten-free and dairy-free, making it a versatile addition to your kitchen.
