One of the challenges of making it was that lots of kids' drinks use synthetically strawberry flavoured things, so some of them have forgotten what proper strawberries taste like. Thankfully, the recipe developed for this smoothie tastes great to kids. And mums are happy because their kids are drinking real, pure fruit, rather than synthetically strawberryised stuff. Thank goodness for that.
