Landed in Kilkeel, Co. Down and fished just off the Isle of Man, M Wright & Sons fresh King Scallops are nice and plump, with firm, white, translucent flesh. Scallops just take four or five minutes to cook, pan-fry or grill for a few minutes until golden brown and firmed up slightly. Sourced from M Wright & Sons, a family business established in 1930. The company is dedicated to sourcing the best quality fish and have a buyer in every port in Ireland. Subject to fishing quotas they always buy Irish first offering small producers and fishermen access to larger markets.
