Martinucci, Artisan Pastry Masters, is one of the most famous Artisan Pastry makers in Italy and has been serving Italian pastry excellence through their shops, to the locals, and the catering industry since the 1940s. 1950 is the year when the Master's skill in pastry making was reinvented and brought to larger public when Rocco Martinucci started to sell their fenomenal dessert range to the wider catering public in Italy and beyond. The Martinucci Amaretto cake is made with an Amaretto-soaked sponge cake with amaretto chantilly cream, chopped amarettos and nuts, garnished with amarettos and zuppa inglese chantilly cream.
