Mas la Chevalière
Located in the valley of Orb in the Languedoc region, Mas la Chevalière enjoys a microclimate perfectly poised to ripen grapes without losing balance and freshness.
The Peyroli plot lies on clay-limestone soil at an altitude of 400m, and is dedicated to Chardonnay. With a cool climate, this slow ripening site is an exception in Languedoc, working in harmony with the grape to create fruity wines with an elegant acidity.
The Roqua Blanca vineyard is divided into a number of small plots with a range of soils, like a mosaic, and is home to a number of red varieties. Syrah is the dominant grape, offering fruit and a velvety texture, with tannins softened through barrel ageing.
