Oropan S.p.A. is the category leader in the production of gourmet bread from the Puglia region of Italy. Founded by Vito Forte, a well-known Altamura baker since 1956, Oropan spreads the rich bakery tradition of its homeland through world-famous breads made with durum wheat and naturally leavened mother dough. Rosetta comes from the rose flower and it resemble its shape. It is very common to find it in Italy. Delicious Italian rolls made with remilled durum wheat semolina for a heavenly taste experience.
Naturally proved with mother dough.
Ideal as restaurant bread for bread basket or for making mini-sandwiches for the Italian aperitivo but also common to find in hotels breakfast buffet.
Cooking instructions: No thawing. Bake at 190°C for 8 minutes.
