Mushroom Shawarma

Mushrooms are having a day right now! Varieties like portabello, king oyster and shiitake make a fantastic meat alternative and are great for absorbing flavour.

This simple Mushroom Shawarma plate offers a simple and tasty alternative for your veggie customers. Showcasing middle eastern spiced and charred mushrooms, this dish pulls together a few simple ingredients (hummus, mint yogurt, flatbread) such that can be served as either one portion or part of a sharing board.

Make it vegan by simply substituting yogurt for a soya-based alternative.

Fish Tacos

Fish tacos are all the rage these days and make the perfect addition to any light bite, sharing or pub-grub menu. We kept production costs low by opting for a quality frozen cod and simple tempura batter mix and got creative with spices and seasoning to add our own tasty flair on a Mexican favourite.
