Coughlan's vegan burger buns are made with a unique blend of rapeseed oils and fats that give the bun the same level of richness as a butter brioche. A slow fermented levain is used in the recipe, which naturally increases the sweetness of the crumb. The bun is finished off with a specially produced glaze, made from oils and protein rich vegetable extracts, that create a shine every bit as brilliant as traditional egg wash. These buns are dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free and vegetarian.
