Bride Valley Cheddar is manufactured by the Lonergan Family in Knockanore, Co. Waterford. As a family, we have been manufacturing high quality Irish cheddar for nearly 40 years and have become pretty good at it, we would like to think anyway.

Bride Valley Irish Pasteurised Cheddar is matured and carefully blended by the Lonergan Family and our team at Knockanore. It is available in numerous flavour combinations including Garlic & Herb, Oakwood Smoked and many more!

We feel the key to producing a high quality product is the ingredients and also the care and attention paid to the product during manufacturing. That is why we pay extra care to every gram of cheddar produced on our family farm as all our products are handmade. 

Sustainability is a key part of our business and as an Origin Geen company we are committed to our sustainable practices at a minimum. We are currently undergoing a carbon footprint project which will allow us to generate nearly 40% of our energy requirements ourselves as well as other improvements in packaging and logistics. Like everyone nowadays, we are continuing our sustainability journey and want to continue to make improvements along this journey.
