Sirloin Steak Bibimbap

Ingredients:

100 g Sirloin steak

20g Santa Maria Black Pepper Soy Sauce

60g Rice 1 Egg

5g Grated carrot

1g Santa Maria Pickling Spice

1g Santa Maria Chili & Sesame Seasoning Dash of Soy sauce

50g Spinach

0.5g Santa Maria Red Chili Ginger Seasoning Drop Water Dash Soy sauce

40g Santa Maria Fermented Soy & Chili Paste

10g Roasted sesame seeds

How to prepare:

  • Cook the rice according to the package. Grill or fry the sirloin steak whole in a little oil until it is properly browned on both sides. Set aside.
  • Heat Santa Maria Black Pepper Soy Sauce in a pan, meanwhile cut the grilled meat into thin strips and mix with the hot sauce in the pan. Heat oil in a pan, add spinach and season. Add water then remove from heat when wilted. Mix with soy sauce.
  • Place rice in warm deep serving bowls, place carrot and spinach on top of the rice. Add sirloin and finish with the fried egg in the middle. Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve Santa Maria Fermented Soy & Chili Paste on the side in a small bowl.

Korean Popcorn Chicken

Ingredients:

Number of portions

100g Buttermilk Chicken pieces

40g Santa Maria Fermented Chili Sauce

5g Santa Maria Seasoning

How to prepare:

  • Cook chicken pieces as per instructions.
  • Heat Santa Maria Fermented Chili Sauce in pan.
  • Once the chicken pieces are cooked, toss the chicken through the sauce.
  • Place the coated chicken in a bowl, garnish with Santa Maria Seasoning.

Seoul Chicken Burger

Ingredients:

1 Chicken buttermilk burger

1g Santa Maria Red Chilli & Ginger

1 Brioche bun

20g Red cabbage, finely shredded

20g White cabbage, finely shredded

20g Carrot, finely shredded

6g Santa Maria Kimchi Paste Chili & Garlic

40g Cucumber, thinly sliced

3g Santa Maria Pickling Spice Mix

10g Santa Maria Fermented Chili Sauce

How to prepare:

  • Mix mayonnaise and Santa Maria Fermented Chili Sauce.Cut the cucumber into thin slices and mix with Santa Maria Pickling Spice Mix. Finely shred the carrot, white cabbage, and red cabbage and place in a bowl. Mix in the Santa Maria Kimchi Paste. Rinse and break the little gem lettuce into small pieces.
  • Fry the chicken as per instructions. Dress the burger buns with the sauce and place the salad leaves on top, then place the fried chicken on top of the salad and top with slaw and pickled cucumber, then the bread. Serve with fries seasoned with Santa Maria Chili & Sesame Seasoning.
