Our recipes are inspired by flavours from around the world, curated by our talented in-house culinary team. We create nutritionally balanced food that tastes good and does you good. Working with local suppliers where possible, our diverse range of chef-inspired products offer - healthy, delicious food, reduced food waste and nutritional benefits as well as saving you time.

Our Dublin base is home to our own BRC approved facility where we make all our products in house. Using our trademarked IP method TEX-SOL, we create novel structured proteins from plant sources that deliver an unrivalled texture, fibrosity and eating experience while offering diversity of vegetables and plant-based ingredients. Our Foodservice product range has been developed specifically with foodservice environments in mind, paying particular attention to delivering consistent quality and reducing food waste.  Our range can also be cooked in a Merrychef oven.
